Seedance 2.0 Mini Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seedance 2.0 Mini (seedancemini.video), including the website, AI video generator, credit packages, account features, generated-video library, and related tools.

By using Seedance 2.0 Mini, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Seedance 2.0 Mini. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.

We may refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we believe an account is used for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment misuse, or violations of these Terms.

Our Service

Seedance 2.0 Mini provides AI-assisted tools for generating short cinematic clips from text prompts or images. The service may include the Seedance 2.0 Mini AI Video Generator, text-to-video, image-to-video, credits, task history, downloads, and account management.

Seedance 2.0 Mini is an independent product site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, Volcengine, the Seedance model owners, or any other third-party model provider unless expressly stated. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

User Content

User Content means prompts, images, faces, likenesses, settings, feedback, support messages, and other materials you submit to Seedance 2.0 Mini.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Seedance 2.0 Mini a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, and use it as needed to provide the service, generate videos, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and improve the service where permitted by the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority needed to upload, submit, and use your User Content, including any faces, likenesses, images, reference materials, brands, or copyrighted material.

Generated Outputs

Generated Outputs means videos, previews, files, metadata, or other materials generated by the service in response to your User Content.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, selling, advertising, or using them in public, client, commercial, or editorial work.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, low quality, visually inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee exclusivity, originality, copyrightability, ownership status, non-infringement, accuracy, prompt adherence, or fitness for a particular use.

Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

You may not use Seedance 2.0 Mini to create, upload, generate, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, exploitative, non-consensual, defamatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

NSFW, adult, sexual, pornographic, nude, erotic, or sexually suggestive content is prohibited. Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe contexts is strictly prohibited.

You may not generate non-consensual intimate imagery, non-consensual likenesses of real people, deceptive impersonations, misleading endorsements, illegal activity, scams, phishing, malware, terrorism promotion, self-harm encouragement, violent abuse, hate content, harassment, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

You may not upload or use faces, photographs, characters, logos, protected artwork, or private materials unless you have the required rights and consent.

Voice cloning, speech synthesis, and copyrighted-song imitation are outside the scope of this service. Do not use Seedance 2.0 Mini to attempt these uses or to misuse the service in any other way.

We may investigate activity, remove content, restrict generations, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these rules have been violated or if continued access creates legal, security, payment, or platform risk.

Credits, Billing, and Payments

Some features require credits. New accounts receive 10 free signup credits. Credits are digital goods used for AI video generation and related operations. Credits are sold as one-time credit packs, not subscriptions, and do not expire.

Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account or currency, are not transferable unless we expressly allow it, and may be consumed when a generation task is initiated, processed, completed, or otherwise counted under the rules shown in the product interface.

Generated works are retained in the user library for 6 months. We may change pricing, credit packages, free-credit amounts, and generation costs at any time. Changes will not retroactively reduce paid credits already purchased unless required by law or necessary to prevent abuse or fraud.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Paid credit purchases are generally final once any credits from that purchase have been used. Unused paid credits may be reviewed within the stated refund window.

Third-Party Services

Seedance 2.0 Mini may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, security, email, customer support, and AI generation infrastructure. Third-party systems may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Seedance 2.0 Mini and its software, design, branding, logos, website content, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform, software, code, infrastructure, interface, brand, domain, trademarks, documentation, templates, or proprietary materials.

Service Availability

We try to keep Seedance 2.0 Mini available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. The service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or limited due to maintenance, updates, traffic, abuse prevention, security issues, payment issues, provider outages, or events beyond our control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.0 Mini is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.0 Mini and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Seedance 2.0 Mini after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
